Agreement

These terms govern your use of EquanimGRC, operated by Atomlab LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using EquanimGRC on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

EquanimGRC is a governance, risk, and compliance platform. We provide tools for framework mapping, policy management, evidence collection, vendor assessments, and compliance monitoring.

EquanimGRC is not a substitute for legal advice. Our platform helps you organize and manage compliance work, but it does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for your organization's compliance decisions.

Your data

You own your data. Policies, evidence, vendor information, and other content you upload to EquanimGRC belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. This includes AI-assisted features like policy drafting and gap analysis. We do not use your data to train AI models.

You can export your data at any time. If you terminate your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, are used for illegal purposes, or compromise the security of our platform or other customers.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance. Our current uptime status is available at status.equanimgrc.com.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomlab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EquanimGRC. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
